The problem of unemployment is rising but still many industries are facing the problem of skilled candidate for their company. Initiating skill development schemes through Vocational training programs help us to make the students employable.
- Simplex Castings runs the Vocational Training Program (VTPs) where we impart classroom & on the job training on CNC & Milling machine.
- We developed considerable number of employable youth by imparting around six month of rigorous training (approx. 700 hrs. each)
